I expect that the number for New Hampshire is extremely skewed, since the big state-owned liquor stores sell a *ton* (well, many tons, actually) of beer to Massachusetts residents, who save on sales tax. For the same reason, the Massachusetts number is probably under-reported. Actually, Vermont and Maine are probably affected somewhat as well. I mean, they set those liquor stores up with their own highway exits for crying out loud.
