I moved to Sweden in the last year. Here they have beer from 2.1 to 10% and is priced accordingly. That is, 2.1% beer is very cheap and the price goes up with alcohol content. In the U.S. the price seemed to be cheaper for higher alcohol beers depending, of course, on where and sizes (i.e. 40 ounce bottles) bought. Crazy.
