A-B/InBev Deal Lurches Forward

As expected today, Anheuser-Busch shareholders have approved the sale of the company to InBev.

There's still plenty of legal and financial work to be done on both sides (eg, regulatory approvals, stamp of approval on InBev's financing, etc.), but both sides expect to complete the sale before year's end.
